No it will not. Its like basically starting over once you get online. New grapheme no money, no holding, no vehicles, and no houses. That's what the 4th graphic symbol is for that's is your online character.

Whilst playing online I received a transfers $17million+. To my surprise a few minutes later some other actor transferred $49million.
